Requests and scheduling

Submitting details through the Assistant is a request, not a confirmed appointment. A visit exists only after our Reception and Dispatch team confirms it against calendar availability. If the Assistant cannot complete a request, no appointment has been created.

Estimates and pricing

Estimates are based on the information and photos you provide. Conditions found on site — hidden moisture, mold, framing damage, or additional texture matching — can change scope and price. Any change is reviewed with you before work continues.

Scope of work

This companion site covers drywall repair and finishing. Related trades, including roofing, plumbing, and electrical work, are handled separately and may require a licensed specialist. Drywall replaced over an active leak will fail; the moisture source must be corrected first.

Property access and condos

You are responsible for arranging access, and for association approvals, work windows, or insurance documentation your building requires. Tell us in advance so we can plan for them.
